Camera-Ready Guidelines

Ensure your accepted manuscript meets IEEE publication requirements for inclusion and indexing

The Process

Four steps to publication

  1. Format
    IEEE A4 template
    Prepare your final manuscript with the IEEE conference template.
  2. PDF eXpress
    Validate
    Generate an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF via IEEE PDF eXpress.
  3. Copyright
    IEEE eCF
    Complete the IEEE electronic Copyright Form (eCF).
  4. Upload
    May 5th, 2027
    Submit the final PDF + copyright before the camera-ready deadline.

Deadline

The deadline for submitting the camera-ready version for the Main Track Papers is: May 5th, 2027.

The instructions below are essential for compliance with IEEE publication requirements so your paper(s) can be included in the proceedings, and submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore.

Important Instructions

  • Please ensure all reviewers' comments are incorporated. This will be strictly monitored.
  • At least one author must register and present the paper either onsite or online for it to be included in the conference proceedings and submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore.

1. Manuscript Format and Length

Your PDF final manuscript and the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) must be submitted through the PayQlick System.

Full Papers
Up to 8 pages including references. You may purchase up to 2 additional pages at $100/page (max 10 pages).
Short Papers
Up to 6 pages including references. You may purchase up to 2 additional pages at $100/page (max 8 pages).

Papers exceeding the length limit must pay overlength charges; otherwise, they will be excluded from the program.

Use the appropriate IEEE template for conference proceedings to prepare your revised manuscript:

Do not include headers/footers or page numbers in the final submission.

2. Registration

Please complete your paper(s) registration on time. Registration instructions and rates are available here:

Registration Not Opened Yet

No paper will be published without completed registration and payment by the author(s).

3. Generate an IEEE Xplore-Compatible Manuscript Using PDF Xpress

All final manuscripts must be generated using the IEEE PDF Xpress tool:

Log in: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/

First-time users: create an account and enter:
  • Conference ID: XXXXX
  • Your email address
  • A password

Upload the source file (your paper) for conversion.

Download the validated IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF.

If conversion is declined, fix the logged issues and repeat the process.

Previous PDF Xpress users can log in with the same credentials used for earlier conferences. Ensure your contact information is updated.

4. Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF)

Complete the Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) through the PayQlick System. After registration:

  • Go to "View My Tickets".
  • Submit your IEEE eCF.

5. Camera-Ready Version Submission

Upload your IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF manuscript to the PayQlick System:

  • Go to "View My Tickets".
  • Upload your camera-ready paper (must be IEEE PDF certified).
Once registration is confirmed and all requirements are met (PDF Xpress + eCF), your paper proceeds for inclusion in the conference proceedings and submission to IEEE Xplore.

Finish your camera-ready in time

Deadline: May 5th, 2027. Ensure PDF Xpress compliance and submit via PayQlick.
