Format Requirements

All papers must be submitted in PDF format using the A4 IEEE manuscript templates for conference proceedings. Manuscripts must include relevant keywords. Failure to follow the formatting guidelines may result in the paper being excluded from the proceedings.

Before submitting, please verify the following:

  • Manuscript uses the A4 IEEE conference template and is in PDF format
  • Keywords are included in the manuscript
  • Page length matches the assigned track (Research / Short / Poster)
  • Work is original and not under review elsewhere
  • Final author order is confirmed (cannot change after deadline)
  • Manuscript is proofread with complete references
Important Notes
  • All submissions must be original work not published or under review elsewhere. The conference enforces strict plagiarism policies.
  • The registered author list cannot change after the submission deadline.
  • At least one author must register and present the paper (on-site or online) for it to be included in the proceedings.
  • Accepted papers that are registered and presented will be submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
